PLAIN ENGLISH RETURNS POLICY
In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business for goods purchased
if the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match description. If you "the buyer", have made
an error/ mistake in selection example, make model or size, then this is NOT grounds for a full refund,
however contact us and we will work with you to try and make it right for a fair and reasonable solution.
We ask that all claims are brought to our attention within 60 days of purchase.
Example: if you have purchase race gear say " race boots" and they do not fit, please return them in a
fit for resale condition and we will swap them out at no charge for the corrected size, we only ask you "the buyer"
to cover the costs of shipping.
We want to help our customers, and a happy customer will return to do more business.
